Step 1
Get Registered in PASet up a profile with the state using the information from your PA driver's license. Once complete, you receive a patient ID (you will need to provide this to Dr. Lori in step 2).

Get Physician CertifiedComplete Dr. Lori's intake forms. Once reviewed/approved you can set up a virtual consult with Dr. Lori to discuss medical history/symptoms to create a custom treatment plan.

Get Your CardDr. Lori submits certifies you in PA (via patient ID) you will finalize state registration and complete payment to the state ($50 fee). Your medical marijuana card will be mailed by the state - typically within 14-21 days.
Payment and Renewal Details
Cost per year is $250 for physician-certification this includes a 3-or-6 month review with Dr. Lori to discuss progress and fine-tune treatment plan.

Cards must be renewed annually ($50) and require
a virtual visit with Dr. Lori for physician renewal.
Note: If you participate in Medicaid, SNAP, WIC, Pacenet/
